Sorry this is in English.

Aerotronic will not answer my e-mails and I try to call but get no response. Do you know anyother way of contacting Aerotronic?

I bought an E-Sky 2.4GHZ Tx and Rx (in MARCH). The RX did not work and Aerotronic sent a second one (after several weeks). It was also faulty.

I returned them for a refund (JUNE) and still have not heard from them....

Can anyone please tell me what is goingon? Sad

Well apperently Aerotronic isnt bothered about answering emails or phonecalls. I sent several emails a while ago and still no answer what so ever.
I dont buy here anymore cause of lack of communication.
Try www.rctechnics.eu, same prices if not cheaper..

Gentleman,

Aerotronic is a Webshop, there is not someone at the phone on normal working hours. read the lines, and you see the times you can call.
when i call with some problem, the phone is answered AND my problem is solved directly at the phone or at least within 2 weeks!!
